Crosslands Kennels is a family run business and was established by the current owners in March 2001. Mike and Julie bought the kennels after many years considering running a kennels. The first few months were spent doing major maintenance and improvements to the existing kennel block, runs, exercise area and approach road. They still have a continuous improvements programme for the kennels which owners and pets seem to appreciate.

There are 25 kennels which consist of a heated sleeping area and an outside covered run. A large exercise area is adjacent to the kennel block.

A grooming parlour was incorporated into the business during the first year as many customers like to have their dogs groomed to go home. The grooming parlour later expanded to enable non-boarding customers to have their dogs groomed on a regular basis.

The kennels/grooming parlour employ a small number of staff who are carefully selected to care for the pets who ‘holiday’ with us while their owners are away. Contact number: 01446 793103

Hydrotherapy can be prescribed for a variety of conditions, both acute and chronic. Most often, it is used on a leg, paw or joint to reduce pain and swelling and to increase circulation.
